All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.

The company Hotel PARIMIS Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the room will be charged on the basis of the current rates at the time of validating the order and subject to availability.

The rooms remain the property of the company Hotel PARIMIS Paris until full payment of the price.

Attention : once you take physical possession of the ordered rooms, the risks of damage of the rooms are transferred to you.

Contractual information are presented in French language and will be the subject of a confirmation at the latest at the time of the validation of your order.

The company Hotel PARIMIS Paris reserves the right not to register a payment, and to not confirm an order for whatever reason.

Article 4 - Validation of your order

Any order appearing in the website supposes acceptance of these following General Terms. Any order confirmation implies full and total acceptance of these following General Terms of Sale, without exception or reservation.

The whole of the provided data and the registered confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction.

You declare that you have fully read.

The order confirmation will be deemed a signature and acceptance of the transactions performed.

Article 5 - Payment

The act of validating the order implies to you the obligation to pay the price indicated.

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card with the 3-D Secure secure system.

Your card will only be debited at the moment of the arrival in the room.

Article 6 - Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory period for withdrawal of 14 days following the date of the validation of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons or incurring penalties.

In case of exercise of right of withdrawal, the company Hotel PARIMIS Paris will proceed to reimburse the amounts paid, within a period of 14 days following notification of your request and through the same means of payment that you used to pay for the order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :

• The provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and prior express renouncing at his right of withdrawal.

Finally the company Hotel PARIMIS Paris cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage due to using the Internet, including a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 9 - Applicable law in the event of dispute

The language of this contract is the French language. These following terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will be only qualified.
