Our restaurant

The hotel restaurant offers three types of menus according to the time of day :

These menus were developed by the head chef Gordon Ramsay. All of our dishes are homemade and PGI - PDO - Label Rouge.

Our starters :

  • Whole duck foie gras from South West
  • Salad with green lentils from le Puy
  • Chopped eggs and their mayonnaise

Our main courses :

  • Aligot and prime rib from Aubrac
  • French beans sticks with mushroom sauce and chicken breasts
  • Rice and pollock fillet with mustard sauce

Our desserts :

  • Scoop of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, pistachio or strawberry)
  • Crème brûlée
  • Lemon meringue pie
